Default my car is screaming no high rpms

ok so im not sure what the problem is with my car
im a take it to the shop this weekend to find out.. but just wanted some ideas..

so this is what my car does..
1 st gear i floor it goes all the way up then i shift to 2nd gear goes all the way up then i shift to 3rd gear and it goes almost all the way up and then it makes a sound (like a shooting sounds like its bucking up or something cant really describe it) so i shif into 4th and it does the same thing when it get to the high rpms and i never tried it on 5th but im pretty sure it would do the same thing..

anybody might know what the problem is ??

I had a kind of similar problem... one of my o2 wires got burned through on the headers. Then one of my wires wasn't all the way pushed in and they were both screwing up my car in a similar fashion to what you described.

Sounds like high load detonation/cutout to me - what gas are you running in it.

Pull codes first but sounds like it COULD be plugs and/or wires. No SES light? When the wires went bad on my truck it would act like this but only under heavy load. like yours.
