I had to drill some holes in the triangle piece right above the doors and weld patches onto the old mirror location holes.

How doesn't the hood look right? I don't see it. I know it looks like **** on the camaros.

Nice car and congrats with the new engine mods but seeing that hood on a 3rd gen just makes me want to take my WS6 hood off. Cowl hoods on 3rd gens look killer! Nice choice on paint also

 

sweet car man. i love everything except for the hood. it just looks like it doesnt belong on the car and doesnt flow well.

but hey its your car, do what want and have fun.

 

the hood itself is flat and the ram air part is more rounded, i dont know it just looks kind of weird. i guess im used to looking at my car and its messing with my brain.

Sorry, I just have to disagree with the hood comments. Maybe because it is my car? But either way, everyone loves it around here. It is gets different results on thirdgen.org. So maybe it's because you 4th geners don't want your hood on my car. I would let you have a 3rd gen hood on yours. LOL.

i have to agree with what everyone said. Right now I think the hood doesn't look so good because I think the nostrils should be more towards the edge of the hood. That pic of the orange third gen makes the hood look a lot better though.

 

Maybe you should all set it as the background on your computers and tell me what you think of it after a week or so of looking at it.

 

I just dont like the nose of the 82-84 T/A's. My fav is the 91-92 but you never see those with Ram-air hoods. The 85-90 T/A nose is 2nd on my list.

 

hood doesnt flow well, the 4th gen ws6's with the hood have the curves, bumper, etc that all flow with the hood to make the big scoops look clean....
