(it look like hand brake on, but not on in real)

there's a microswitch under the console that is tripped when you put the handle down. Maybe it is broken?

Could be the switch (mine acts up the other way and doesn't always come on), or he could actually have a brake issue, or there is a sensor bad somewhere in the brake system.
