Default Car wont start

About a week ago i washed my car and the engine bay. I dried everything off and started it up and drove it fine everything was working good. Now today i go to start it and it starts for about 2 seconds or so then it dies. So i start it again and give it some gas and it does the same thing. It did that a couple of time and now it turns over but wont fire off at all. I also ported my MAF awhile back also but it ran fine after that.

Have you checked your fuses? Or pulled any codes.

Could be several things, if you suspect the MAF you can disconnect it and see if it starts. Since you washed the engine take a good look at the fuses/relays. www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8945.php
