Use the adjuster screws. Their placement is in the manual.

That's strange. I can't find it either. The manual for just about every car has headlight aiming in it.

I don't have a Camaro to look at, but I did some searching in Google for pics of the headlights.

It appears that the vertical adjustment screw is on the top center on a small platform/bracket. I don't know where the horizontal adjustment is, but usually its on the back on the left or right side.

At least that is what it looks like to me. Maybe someone who actually has a Camaro can chime in.

adjuster screw for the headlight is right above the braket like you said for the vertical one i don't believe there is a horizontal adjustment it doesn't look much like a screw as more of a flared bolt you will be able to tell it's right behind the middle of the headlight and you will see the threads

There is a horizontal adjustment screw and a vertical adjustment screw. The vertical one is easy to spot, it is right above the headlight in the center. The stock ones look similar to a torx screwdriver head (I use a socket on them), some aftermarket ones (like mine) are philips with bolt heads or something like that. The horizontal adjustment screw is on the outside edge of the light. Look behind the light, on the fender side, and down in there you'll see it. They can be real stiff sometimes.
