A/C blower problem!

A/C blower problem! For some reason when i turn the air on all it will do is blow out of the feet vents and not the face ones. I checked all the plugs and what not behind the ac buttons and didnt find any that were unplugged. What else could cause this...Are there any other places where i can check for unplugged wires?

Air blowing out at the feet/windshield is the default setting when you loose vacuum - check the vacuum lines behind the intake going over towards the passenger side.
