89 Iroc
89 Iroc can anyone suggest a site to find info to troubleshoot problems on the 3rd gens? a coworkers son has an 89 iroc and he cant figure out whats wrong. the car will start and run like it has a big cam and as soon as the temp gets hot, it will buck and carry on and then the temp guage will even show over-heating. this is a stock car with 150,xxx miles.
I am just relating back to my Iroc which I had almost 10 years ago.
It was fairly simple to work on(well just as bad as a 4th gen). Just shoot down the line make sure it has spark, cap and rotor look good, fuel pressure and the rest.
