Default Intermittent stalling problem....

I've had an intermittent stalling problem on cold starts lately. Its starts fine, when cold occationally it will miss a bit and when it does the car tries to compensate and idle up. Sometimes the car will just stall and its hard to fire back up but when it does its fine. This has only happened a couple times in a week period and i'm not getting an engine light. I know this is a shot in the dark because its could be anything, but if anyone has any idea what direction I could start looking i'd really appreciate it. Don't really know where to begin. Its a 2000 SS with 66,000mile. Thanks guys.
