I have a similar issue . Only my car will shake a little from time to time and after I run it hard it wants to stall out.Checked alt. its fine battery good. I checked the grounds in the engine bay am I missing any underneath??

 

For anyone that looks at this thread.

Use a multimeter on the AC setting and check for spikes of AC voltage at the battery. If you see them, it's the alternator. This can also cause your parking/running lights to stay on even if turned off and flicker.
