Idle hanging
Idle hanging Just curious if anyone here has a problem with idle hang? My car doesn't hang when I do normal breaking. ONLY when I use the downshifting method with my M6, the idle will hang between 1500~2500 rpms. It won't go down until after I take off from the stoplight and break normally. Its sounds bizarre, but it has me stumped.

I dont know if this is related but I recently noticed mine once in a while when I press the clutch in comeing to a stop it will hang for a couple seconds around 1200 or so then suddenly drop down to idle like normal. Almost acts like a vacume leak.
