I pinched a wire once on mine between the water pump and the block while changing an opti and it would crank and wouldn't start. I don't think the 94 has the CPS wires running there though. Did you check or replace the opti intermediate harness? If it is turning over use an old spark plug to check for spark at the end of a plug wire. If spark is present check for fuel pressure and injector pulse. If no spark do the same directly off the coil if you get spark, double check plug wires for continuity, and your cap and rotor. If no spark have your ICM tested if it tests good, static test your coil if it tests good do the test from shbox.com on the coil plug, if that is good or bad and still no start ohm all ignition circuit wires. If you can't find any problems it could be a defective opti or you didn't clock it properly...possibly installed plug wire in the wrong order or. Make sure you have a full deep charge on your battery before you waste any time.
