Them things are junk, I have the completely bypassed since I installed it in the Car for my LS Swap (I was going to use it, but decided not too), and now it's leaking coolant.

Get underneath it, follow the PS Lines. The metal one coming from the Pump should be going straight to the Rack(Pressure side). The other one(Low side) will be going from the Rack to the Cooler, then from the Cooler to the Pump. Take that one, you may have to get a Brass Barb to connect them both, and make the Low side run from the Rack to the Pump. Then plug the holes on the Cooler.

I'm about to just replace that whole section with just a hose, it's useless junk there at the moment.

Well man thank you for the info I appreciate it. I followed the lines and it was only 2. They both start on the top radiator hose and one goes to the pump and the other to the rack. Is the metal pipe connected to the radiator hose the cooler? I didnt see anything that looked like a mini radiator. Everyone I have spoken to has told me that that is what I should be looking for. I'm thinking of bypassing it all and getting a short belt because I'm sick of the noise.

I just took the two lines from the PS cooler and connected them with a barbed fitting (forgot what size) and some hose clamps. I also put in a new radiator hose without the PS Cooler. Pretty simple to do and has been working fine for a year now.
