Default Hvac contol problems

The control that changes the flow of air is stuck on blowing defrost and at your feet. I've changed the switch but there is No change.... Still stuck there. Does anyone know what I should look at next? Fan works fine and temp control works fine. I can hear the pumpkick on under the hood when I turn the **** to defrost. It does turn off in the off postion. Its like the baffles are not moving. HELP!!

That's the default mode, my guess is you have a vacuum leak - check the vac lines from behind the intake going towards the passenger side.

Its the 3 way check valve under the hood. You can find it by tracing the wiring that goes over the passenger side fender in the engine bay, its a smaller size vacuum line and it ends kind of under the hood strut. The valve has 3 lines on it, and the tips can break really easily, I broke one last week. You can pick one up at most parts stores, just look for a 3 way vacuum/ check valve. Heres some pics from when I broke mine last week:

It's a really small black plastic line, about 3/16" diameter
