If you're a stock engine, go to Advance Auto and get the $36.00 wire set. For a stock car or any engine making less than 600 RWHP, you WILL NOT get any better performance AT ALL from spending money on aftermarket wires.

I;m around 500 RWHP and Taylor 10mm Thunderbolts did absolutely nothing for improved performance and broke way too easily. They were junk. I put the stockers back on and everything was identical and perfect again.

if your running headers, then invest in a set of plug wire boots. it will keep some direct heat off your plug

NO! Unless you want them for another reason besides performance because they will give none.

Keep your factory metal heat shields and reuse them on the new spark plug boots.

Yes, thats what you need. Or TR5, same exact plug except they come with different preset gaps. But I think I just paid $1.69 each at Advance Auto, I THINK!!!

Make sure you check each plug, gap them to .055, check them all before you install them. TR55 should come with a .055 gap though.

I know, I always thought TR55 meant they come gapped .055 and TR5 plugs come gapped .050.

Either way, doesn't matter, they are the same exact plug.

Get a gapper and make sure they are all gapped correctly before you put them in.

.055 or .060 gap will work if you're stock.

Yeah. Just check them and gap them right if they are not all the same.

But check your local auto parts store, might be half that price and you can pick them up.

Default jegs wire set

If you order the plugs from jegs pick you up a set of jegs 8.5 mm wire set for $50 dllrs. I just got one for my lt1 and they are top quality man. Auto zone wire set 7mm thick or jegs 8.5mm thick better quality $50dllrs, just 10 more dollars.

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...-1&showValue=1

Good luck with the decision....
