Window Motor On my driverside the window motor has stretched out one of the holes. When rolling the window down it skips. I took the door off and the front mounting point has been stretched. What can i do to fix this? The inner doors are fiberglass right?

Are you talking about the four large rivets through the inner door skin?
Like the ones in the pic?
If so, you might want to make a brace like I did (the white thing in that crude drawing)
