drips of oil under opti?

drips of oil under opti? well I have alittle oil under my opti it has been like that sense I rebuilt my motor
on my 3 plugs behind my cam sprocker I drilled it out to .020 like they have it in the manual LT1 Rebuild
they do that so the chain will get oil but would that cause it to leak oil behind my opti and on my timing chain cover......
