Is my clutch going?
I had a similar problem due to a bad syncro.
If you have an aftermarket stick, like a Hurst, check to make sure that your positive stops aren't too aggressive. (The bottom/rear stop is square on the stick when its in 4th gear.) The cold could be messing with those also, if you are on the edge with them.
