K&N, its few bucks more--prob doesnt help any, but an extra $5 every 3 months when I change my oil doesnt seem too bad

I too use the K&N filter. I use the longer one for my SS and the short (stock)size on my WS6. The longtube headers on my SS hang just a bit lower then the long filter;therefore, protecting it thats why I got the long one. I noticed an increase in oil pressure with both filters over the AC-DELCO filter I used to use.

I use the LS1 truck filter - I hate those little dinky stock filters... It hangs just a tad lower than the oil pan.

I used to use the UPF series AC Delcos until they stopped making them. Now I use Mobil One fliters.

I used to use the Mobil 1, switched to the supertech (Walmart) and got much better pressure. I think the M1 filters are too restrictive.

Where can you get Amsoil and Amsoil filters? Anyone? I've been thinking about switching from Mobil 1...

personally i wasent happy with mobil oil or filters. even though they come with mobil its not the best oil. its good but not great. i use amsoil 10w30 and am more than happy with it. if ur looking for a filter go to amsoil's website and call them up and order it. i only can find the oil at this place here in san antone called autobahn.
