Battery died, who sells delco green light battery

Default Battery died, who sells delco green light battery

Hey all, I did a search with no luck finidng what I need. My factory battery finally took a **** on me, not bad 8 years out of it. I have the AC/delco green light battery and would like to replace with the same battery. Anyone point me in the right direction? thanks

I think it's been discontinued, at least the PN is that's listed in my Helms. Wow 8 years, mine crapped out at 3 and many leaked at the positive terminal. If you want the original PN to try and cross reference it I'll look it up.

All major parts stores around me sell the official Delco replacements. (I like them because they fit perfectly in the bracket.) The new ones may or may not have an indicator light. My last sealed unit (with the indicator light) crapped out on me under warranty. The replacement is unsealed, which I like a lot better. You can check the fluids directly and don't need to worry about the light working/not working.

Typical Delco battery. They all leak.

The best shot of getting the same one is a dealership or the AcDelco distrubtion center in your area.

Go with an optima battery, I've had good luck with them.
