Default Airbag clockspring question

Is there anything preventing me from using an airbag clockspring out of an early 90s Grand Prix in my '99 F-body? Or an airbag clockspring out of any other vehicle for that matter? Looks like the column and the steering wheel in these early 90s GPs are exactly the same as 98+ Firebirds. Finding a 1999 F-body clockspring (aka SIR coil) with radio controls is somewhat difficult and I need an SIR coil.

I'll take the lack of a response as a
"No, but the airbag connectors may be a little different so you may have to switch the plugs."

Although I'm still wondering if it will have the right amount of airbag wires.
