Here's a used oil analysis from my friends 2001 WS6. Keep in mind that he also has an accusump engine pre oiler that raises the oil pressure before he starts the car. I think these good numbers have more to do with the pre oiler than the mobil 1. Either way....

You can use M1, Castrol, Pennzoil, Havoline, etc, I don't care. Conv or Syn. Keep it changed regularly and you'll be fine. Why can't people just get this "this oil is better than this oil" out of their heads. Any difference in motor longevity using any of the modern motor oils such as these would be minimal at best.
