Causes of a "clunk" in the drivetrain?

I looked at the torque arm bushing, and theres a crack in the one side and it does not look "full" like an aftermarket bushing. I found a picture of a newer factory style bushing and it looks nothing like mine.

Yea most of these "clunking" issues sound like the torque arm bushings. Usually like mine was the top of the bushing will be gone or completely crtacked and smashed so the T/A is making metal to metal contact, Energy Suspension makes a good poly replacement.

New U-joints were a step in the right direction. The driveline seems to have less slack in it. Acceleration and shifting feels tighter. Looking to a new torque arm bushing next.
