Default PO300 and PO307 codes. Hit a dead end

Im trying to help out a friend in his 2001 ss camaro

I have come to a dead end and cant figure out what else it could be. I changed the plugs and wires, when doing so cyl. 7 was in rough shape. I changed everything and and im still running into the same problems. Cyl. 7 is once again in rough shape. I changed the coil on cyl. 7 and im still getting the same problem. Any suggestions?

Any other suggestions?

just swap that injector with another cylinder and see if it trips a code for the cylinder you move it to.

How do you go about removing and swapping injectors?

relieve fuel pressure, pull the pins off the injector connectors, remove the injector connectors, remove the 4 bolts holding the rail down, use some muscle to pull up on the fuel rail as the injectors come with it, pull retainer that holds injector to the rail, and pull the injector out.

Or you could just take the whole injector rail with the injectors still on it off the engine as one complete unit, then turn key to ON to pressurize the fuel system and see if that one leaks.

Do you think that would be a good test to perform or should I just swap the #1 and 7 injectors. I have a scanner so I can see if the misfire moves.
