Seized high pressure line bolt!

Seized high pressure line bolt! The countersunk bolt on the power steering pump is seized up & can't shift it without rounding it off.
Any ideas?
EMERGENCY OVER! I put a spanner on it & beat the spanner with a hammer & it broke free
