Headlights kill dashlights-wtf?

i doubt its your problem, but my dimmer switch was just bad, anytime i would turn my dome light on the dash would go out........it ended up just being the wheel switch. but its pluged into the headlight switch. i would try changing it for a few bucks and seeing if its that simple.

im having the same problem almost my cluster dash light, radio light and climment control lights stop working when i turn the headlights switch on BUT EVERYTHING WORKS WHEN THE HEAD LIGHT SWITCH IS OFF !!!!! i cant see the diagram u post on here so cant some one please help me!!!!!!!!!!
