Finaly !!!! Problem is solve.
I was reading on the TB porting and TB plate. My tb was ported and I have a hole in the plate. I read somewere the hole should be less the 1/4. Mine was bigger. I put a bolt and nut in the hole and the car iddle at 800-900rpm and no more 2k rpm. Its still go to 1-1.1k rpm and drop back to 800-900 but I can live whit that.
Just need to do a road test and make sure I dont have any other code.

Well this helps me out alot I will have to try...been having the same problem after I installed a nitrous wet plate kit, plus a window switch for the system... Will try these things tomorrow!

Last update. The car run fine since the tb plate hole was block. No more SES light. Car is hard to start but after 20-30sec runing, its good to go. No more RPM problem.
