FPL in Florida, does everything.

When I was a little kid I remember my parents (they were in their late 20's) and like 10 other homes on the same block, all got together and put big magnets over the front of the FPL glass housings that the meters are enclosed in, and that metal wheel that spins to turn all the meters.

The magnet pulled on that wheel and slowed it way down. Only problem was, the development had like 1,000 homes. Just our block had huge decreases in electric bills.

Everyone would take the magnets off a couple days before the meter reader came by, then put them back on.

They all got busted. But nobody got in trouble, they all got slapped on the wrist.

BTW....it still works on the meters today

federal? I don't think so. It does depend on who put the locks though. A private utility does not have the same power as a city run utility company.

What you will need is

A. 12 Gauge breech Shotgun 2-3/4 3 shell capacity.

B. Sabot rounds. Keep the extra shells for the gas man.

The IRS and Obama can go straitght to hell, and don't come back.

If they knew how bad I was screwing them with my company they would certainly try to use me as an example. Actually, almost everyone I know is doing just abiout the same thing I am.

Screwing the IRS is truly the only way you can actually get ahead in a big way......now that we have a thief in the White House.

I can't wait to see the estimates for next years IRS take...the IRS is going to be so far down on taxpayer intake for 2009, like billions.

They can just print what we need, I don't feel guilty

I wish I can write a short book on how to pay about 6% tax, but then they'd be on to me............

Firing a sabot round into a gas line cant be the best idea.

In college in Daytona I loved how the water company would waste man hours and gas i nthe trucks to come by the house when we were late paying the bill, and instead of knocking on the door to see if we could give them the check...they would turn the water valve off under that hatch in the grass and leave. We would then walk out there with a wrench and turn it right back on. Then whenever we ended up driving by and dropping a check off they would send a guy out to turn it back on. Once I caught him standing out there scratching his head wondering how the **** it got turned back on.
