Default Whats the difference in the years?

Ok i'm confused i thought the only difference in the earlier firebirds (1995) and the newer ones (2002) was the body style. Can somebody tell me all the differences, with the obvious things like interior and exterior. Thanks.

98-02 added an extra cup holder too; it's on the passenger side of the center console and swings out. The 93-97's only had one cup holder in the middle where you would constantly hit it with the gear shifter. LT1's have reverse cooling waterpumps, LS1 do not.

Don't forget the little bulge in the passenger door lower compartment of the LS1's, thats a cup holder too. Driver door doesn't have it.

I know about the electronics and interior i'm talking about physical stuff. Like I noticed the ABS block on my 95 is different than LS1's. Whats the difference in the blocks? And are the brakes/suspension the same? I don't care about the other stuff cause i'm gonna convert the appearance items to a 2002 anyways. Thanks guys

There is a extra fuse box on the driver side under the hood. Spindles are different, brakes are bigger, brake lines are longer on the LS1 cars, I dunno if the LT1 car had 4WAL 4 channel ABS, but mine ls1 does. Has ASR switch in the dash, fog light swtich was moved to the dash instead of over by the light switch. Cluster is different. The center console at the front is bolt on the side, not thur the cubby hole. I think the radiators are different. Wiper arms are different. Tail light. My head hurts now so I will stop there and let some one else take over.

Well I don't care about the wiring cause i'm putting in a L92 engine. I'm gonna put in a full interior from a 98-02, 98-02 front end, tail lights, bumper. I'm just mainly concerned about the mechanical stuff. So can I just use the brakes and spindles off an 02? And the ABS block? I'm planning on going aftermarket rear anyways or at least a 12 bolt from somewhere. Thanks for the info though, keep it coming.
