Thanks for the help. Seems like the gas cap was the problem.

I took the gas cap off and retightened it and that must have did the trick, because the light has been off for 2 days now. Luckily, I didn't have to buy another gas cap, even though they are like $10 LOL

 

the gas cap seal itself may be starting to wear. if the light comes back on i would replace the cap.

I've had that same problem right after I put on a locking gas cap. Changed back to the regular one and it went away. If it comes on again, I'd just get another gas cap, just not the locking ones. Oh and Arctic White F-bodies FTW!!
