Do you mean clean the terminal ends?

If so the only thing i can really think off the top of my head would be a very small wire brush. Although if your wires are rusted/corroded at the cost of a new set i would just replace them.

no i mean a spark plug wire. the wires are only a few months old with only a few K on them. Im throwing a misfire code in cylinder 8. The plug was changed yesterday, and the opti is fine. So the only thing i can think of is a dirty plug wire

Have you ohm tested the Wire? And inspected that it wasn't burned up or cracked?

I wonder if perhaps a fuel related issue may be the culprit, perhaps a clogged injector?

the wire is fine, so its either dirty or my injector is the problem

Thats the line of thought i would go with if all said ignition components were working properly.

Perhaps you have a stuck up injector. How dos the plug look after running?
