Default A.C. blows to feet only

I just swapped in an ls2 all is good, except after pumping in r134 my a.c. is cold, but only blows thru bottom foot vents.
What area can I check to figure out how to correct the problem?

sounds like you left off the vacuum line that is responsible for changing it. Small plastic tube with a rubber end that comes out of the wiring on the passenger side, it hooks to the back of the intake on a nipple pointing towards the passenger side. It's REALLY easy to accidentally break that line.

Beat me to it! I had the same issue when I did my Heads/Cam. I actually had it coming out the floorboard and the defrost area on all settings.
