My passenger side wiper arm somehow cracked when I was driving and fell off. I need to pick another one up but I was wondering if anyone knew how to replace them. I have to get the small piece thats left off and I thought you would just unscrew the bolt but it doesn't come off when you do that. Has anyone ever had to replace this part?? Thanks a lot.

they sell a puller at parts stores.

sometimes you can spray them with wd40 and wiggle them off

You're going to need a puller, I remove mine to install my coil relocation kit and I tried everything and eventually got lucky with a small puller I had that barely fit.

to be honest with you if you buy the wiper arm/blade from autozone, o reillys auto, discount auto parts, or advance auto parts they will put them on for you for free. yea i no its can be embarrassing, i can freaking rebuild the ls1 motor but i cant replace the wiper for shhhhht. it was some old women that replaced mine and it took her all of one second to pop that sucker off and put the new one on. lol.
