P0103. Unplugged MAF, no difference. Is it bad?
I'm getting 2 codes, but they're both P0103. I clear them with my scanner and as soon as they clear the SES light pops back up immediately with the same codes. I unplugged the MAF while the car was running to see if there would be a difference but there was none. Is that how it should be? All stock, no mods.
My other cars immediately run like **** once I pull the MAF plug.

If it was already warmed up to operating temp it won't do anything by unplugging it. MAF is for cold start and WOT. See what happens with it unplugged when its cold.
When I unplug mine when its cold it hardly does anything...I can also drive around with it unplugged all day long and it runs 100% perfectly.

I had some MAF codes on my old LT1 motor. I went through like 5 MAFs. Finally I replaced the harness with a standard Throttle Position Sensor 3 wire harness (same exact plug for the MAF) and pigtail. Problem went away. Look for cuts in the wires.
