Brakes R bled. Pedal still goes to the floor...wtf??

sure one of the break lines arnt open or somthing because if you are bleeding them right you shouldnt get any air in it im saying i bleed brakes many of times and its not like the hardest thing to do. and as far as it being a booster it would have caused a harder pedal and are you buying used masters or new ones?
