Window motor issue
If you really want to keep the motor... You can take the connector off the motor, open up the connector and use a paper clip to extract the two leads. Then re-insert the leads in the connector body reversed.
But - That will still leave you with a motor of questionable quality. You WILL also be changing the motor again in the future - which will cause you additional grief because the leads would be reversed.
Your best bet is probably to take the motor back and get a new one. I'd suggest getting the new Doorman design. Its a new and improved design and will be a new unit vs. a rebuilt one. (There are a lot of posts here with people having thermal cutoff failures with the rebuilt motors.)
