Default 2 issues need help on

first off when I start my car in the morning my volts are fine. But when I start the car after that, the volts dim and the lights tend to flicker at idle, and then again at WOT. When the car is at idle the car makes a whistling noise as well, Does this sound like a problem with the belt?

Next question is what tools are required to take out the o2 sensor and replace it? put back in?

thanks for any help

car is 2000 z28

use a large crecent wrench or a pair of channel locks if you do not have the correct size boxed end wrench ( for the 02s that is)
