Its ridiculous to use Sea Foam for top end cleaning...RIDICULOUS.
Its not made for that, its hard to put into the brake line and you might snap that brake booster port off while doing it, and there's MUCH MUCH better stuff for less money or about the same money...that will do a HELLUVA lot better job in cleaning the top end.
Sea Foam will not clean 95% of the top end.
Sea foam..however..is great for the gas tank every 3-4 months to keep the fuel system clean.
Use "Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner". (MCCC)

I've used it a couple times on my car and know of a couple guys that have used it on theirs and noticed a difference. He would have consistant black smoke pouring out of the exhaust anytime he got on the gas but after seafoaming it, it cleared it all up

I recommend you do something if your engine is in good working order. There are many ways to clean carbon and garbage out of the engine and they all generally use the same chemicals to do the job.
I used a MotorVac CarbonClean treatment and got 3+ mpg in return. I imagine other methods yield similar results.
BUT!!! Beware. Some say that cleaning up a very old engine may cause you problems. If the engine is loose and the gunk is plugging things up, you could spring gasket leaks after one of these treatments.
