Where is the flasher located at?

if same on the TAs (which IIRC it is) it is on the right of the steering column.. push in for on and pull out for off..

Not the switch, the RELAY. thank you for pointing that out.

Between the fuse panel and the steering column, under the dash. Does it work on one side and not the other, or not at all?

Hazards are fine, Just when I hit the turn signal left or right, neither side works. I checked fuses & they're fine. Flahser I presume?

Could be your dual filament bulbs, or some corrosion on the bulb connectors.
