Default Problem with front turning lights

Ok for some reason my front turning lights won't blink when I turn on my turning signal but when I lock my car I see them flash so the bulbs are not burned out. What do you guys think the issue might be?

I've got just about the same problem. Before I bought the car, the turn signals didnt work at all. The guy got it "fixed", but they blinked really slow. Now the passenger side doesnt blink at all. I think its a lack of resistance that does it, correct?

Check your light sockets....are they all black and look like crap? If so, you may need to change the sockets, I did and I have not had any other problems.
