Default coolant leak? any ideas

I have a 02 WS6 M6 with 53,000. the other day the chk eng light came and the temp shot to 260 then back down to 210. checked the fluid level and it was low, low, low! the dip stick look like dried mud. I refilled the radiator and ran the eng to operating temp[without cap]and noticed alot of air coming out. I waited for the bubbles to stop and reinstalled the cap. I noticed water leaking from under the car ,right side just back and in from the front tire. Any ideas where this is coming from. Thanks, Geoff

Only thing by the right tire is the heater hoses that run to the firewall, from the right side of the water pump.

i also have the same problem. but my temp is good at 210. Do you hear a boiling sound? and yah my water is pretty muddy looking but i think its becasue i need to flush my radiator soon.

Also my coolent refill cap at one point started shooting out water like crazy. This has me scared cuz i just bought the car.
