Default Window motor help!!

Okay so my windows have been getting slower and slower and now my driver side will go up almost all the way and stop. I'll wait a few seconds and then try it again and it will go up maybe and inch, then i just have to keep doing that till its all the way up. Now my passenger one is doing the same thing. Does this mean they are done or do you think it is something else? Also, how hard is it to replace them? I have had my door panels off before and it want too bad but there wasn't really anywhere to get my hand in the door. Oh and where would you guys recommend getting a new one from.

they're dead. buy 2 new ones and the passenger window re-wiring kit. autotrix or someone makes it. i have 1 ebay $20 one and one autoparts store $50 one. they both work fine. ebay one is a tad slower though.

install isn't bad. drill 3 holes through the fiberglass to access the studs. then drill out the studs. take out the speaker so you can get your hand behind there to unplug it and pull it out. bolt new one in and you're done. takes about an hour for the first door, half hour for the next once you get the hang of it.

replace it i just did mine this weekend and it was super easy! took 2 hours tops. Your window is deffently going out and if you have already taken you'r door pannel out than you will have no problem at all ill look for the link to the site with step by step instructions.

welp im done, there are a few things i need to check out but i got them in and the are going up and down. My pass side motor clunks when it is all the way up and i start to roll it down and when its all the way down and i start to roll it up. Also i have no idea how it happened but on my driver side switch, down is up and up is down. I have no idea how this happened because the only wires i unpluged was the one on top of the window motor. I'm just going to live with it though for now
