headlights dimming when idleling

headlights dimming when idleling lately my headlights have been acting funny at stop lights and when idleing, the volt guage jumps from 13-14-15 while your sitting still at night, had a cam put in a couple weeks ago and i think this could be the cause?? don't know how? but maybe because thats about when it started, the cars only got 10,000 miles could it be the batt, alt or belts?

If the car is idleing lower after the cam swap it could cause this. also check your main ground wires.
