Probably from moisture buildup mixing with the oil makes that yellow goop ****. May have a leak in your PCV valve allowing moisture in or if you have been making alot of short trips it tends to build up. Does your Oil cap have the same crap on it?

okay thanks!

oil cap has a tiny tiny bit, most of my trips are 5-7 miles so i'm not sure how short that is considered

Thats a pretty short trip, you need the motor to get to full temp for a while to evap all the water out of the motor. Really time is a better gauge for that, just do the carb cleaner trick to check for any VAC leaks in the PCV. If you get nothing then I wouldn't be too worried unless it was a excessive amount of buildup

That top tube on the TB is a suction source. Air should only be going from the TB to the valve cover. Maybe your PCV (lower vacuum line to the intake) is blocked and there's no more suction of the crankcase. If it is blocked the only way crankcase gases (moisture and slimy ****) can escape is through that TB port.

I'd get a new PCV valve and see if that helps. Might want to get an air compressor and blow all the PCV lines out.
