Default Is my steering rack going out?

Hi all,

My steering is acting up. When I turn the wheel left or right, as it is approaching full lock, there seems to be some hesitation or juttery feel coming through the wheel. It used to only do it on hot days, now it does it all the time

There are no leaks and the ps fluid level is fine.

What does the brain trust think? The car only has 31k miles

TIA

get a power steering flush. they are 45 bucks at my work (sears) and they work wonders. i had an old cavalier come in 2 weeks ago, you could barely turn the wheel and the pump was extremely loud, after the flush it was dead quiet and you could turn the wheel with ease. that should fix your problem
