Default Blinkers, Reverse lights dont work

well i guess i have to start out with saying that my car was a manual and i swapped out the tranny for an auto. All the lights use to work fine before the swap, now the blinkers and reverse light dont work. I already checked all the bulbs and they are good, what could be causing this?

^ Yes, your TURN B/U fuse is out.

It's in the dash fuse block, not under the hood.

From that dash fuse block, there is a brown wire (no stripe) that goes to your PRNDL switch. Same brown wire that used to run to your backup switch on T56.

Check it for 12V with ignition in RUN position. If no, trace it back to find the break.

its something to do with these fuses/wires....cause that fuse controls your backup light, running lights, and blinkers....and no i just swapped trannys in general....went from a t56 to a NEW t56...

sorry for the ignorant questions, i am by no means even a beginner at this. SO IN IDIOT TERMS...behind the fuse panel, i should find a brown wire, check it for 12v with ignition in the ON position, is this correct??

Yes, check it with the ignition on.

Since your fuse is good, I would start checking that brown wire from the fathest away, which is at the PRNDL switch. Then work your way back to the fuse block until you find the break.
