Corsa Muffler Weep Hole?

Just noticed on my Corsa Muffler it has 2 perfect holes on each side of the muffler and exhaust is coming out of them? are these weep holes for water drainage?

Yes, condensation ports. My corsa muffler on the tbss has the same thing.. it will be on the rear-most part of the muffler usually.

yea i have one hole on each side left and rite, is exhaust air supposed to run through there? i can feel it wit my hand, i thought i had a bad leak for a second?? as long as this is normal?
