Electrical problem on my 98 trans am

Default Electrical problem on my 98 trans am

Alright guys, I have a 98 trans am, My problem is when im driving it the radio will shut off an the windows wont work, But you can hit the dash an the radio will come back on an the windows will work again. Now it has gotten pretty bad cause it spends more time off then on. Where can I look for a short or loose connection? Ive looked in the fuse panel all the wires an fuses are good. Thanks for any help Oh yea stock cd player in it aswell

Body Control Module (BCM). It has a cold solder joint. Common problem. Here's a thread:

To ignore all the noise, just skip to post #47. In a nutshell, pull out the BCM that's above/next to the glove box, re-solder a few joints on the circuit board, re-install. You may need to re-program your remotes.
