Default Rattle noise from right rear

2000 cam ss has rattle noise from right rear when going over bumps. Sounds similar to a rotor backing plate rattle. I have completed a visual inspection and found nothing loose (heat shields, backing plate, etc.) I have heard tale of a tsb related to this concern. Any help is appreciated.

It could also be as simple as the spare tire coming loose. Check that also.
