High idle

Default High idle
Anyone know why my idle dont drop untill im at a complete stop? I have a 99 camaro, 6 speed. Just wondering if this is normal.

I took the IAC out, and discovered it was carboned up. So I cleaned it and the throttle body. Did'nt get to drive yet, but I started it and the rpm's dropped quick.

Mine did the same thing, it eneded up being a small vacuum line that went to my AIR system had broke.
