Default Rear window defroster won't heat up window why????

So if I push my defroster button the light comes on just like it should and stays on for the amount of time that it should around 10 minutes. My problem is the rear window doesn't even heat up a little bit, basically its not working at all even though the switch and light are working like they should. I did a search and found a thread regarding the rear window defroster, but all the problems in that thread were about the switch clicking off too soon. I suspect my problem is different, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated. The rear window also has 5% tint, but its been on there for a while and the problem didn't start until recently.

None of the lines work? If so, you might want to check the wires connected to the window. (In addition to the comments above.) Sometimes those contacts can come off the glass.

Yes, none of the lines work. I'll check the connections and see if they are okay. Is the fuse labeled rear defroster or is it listed under something else?
